Hi, attached are the pictures of a recent get-together of the CJC '76 hockey team which won the National Championship.
Hi, attached are the pictures of a recent get-together of the CJC '76 hockey
team which won the National Championship.
This is the first gathering of the
team members after 32 years. It was a memorable night, we talked and joked
about the good old times how we did not even have an appointed coach and
werevery fortunate to have Keith Kleiman(who also joined us in this
gathering), an ex-national hockey player, to volunteer his services as our
coach. Inspite of being underdogs, we won the Championship in 1976 against
all odds, something which we are all proud of even after 33 years. It was an
eventful gathering, memorabilia like newspaper cuttings, trophies and
old pictures of our great CJC hockey team were the highlights of the
evening. We all felt young again, time stood still. We have to thank CJC for
giving us such memorable moments.
